WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR DESIGN SERVICES?


Our prices for services depend on many variants such as type of project and the detail of the designs.  You can be sure you are getting a great value for your design project. You can request a no obligation quote for pricing here. Prices and rates are subject to change at any time without notice. 

I HAVE MANY PROJECTS, CAN WE ARRANGE A MONTHLY RETAINER FEE?

Yes, we do offer a retainer program. We have a number of clients who have retained our services on a monthly basis for ongoing work. Our retainer program requires a minimum contract term of 3 months. For more information, please contact us here or via email.

 

 

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?


We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments via PayPal. Card payments are always accepted, but a 3.5% processing fee will is added to all invoices.


 

WHAT IS THE CLIENT’S INVOLVEMENT IN THE DESIGN PROCESS?


We work to thoroughly discuss each project with our clients from the start to finish. All clients are encouraged to email any samples, color combinations, and ideas they may have when requesting a quotes and during the consultation. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones and can request an update on the project at anytime. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?


The average turnaround time is 2-5 days depending on the graphic design project and 10-30 days for website designs. If you're requesting services for multiple projects at once, that will extend the turnaround time. We do offer rush and same day service for an extra fee. For more information on rush and same day services, please contact us here

 

HOW DO I CHECK ON THE PROGRESS OF MY PROJECT DURING DESIGN PROCESS?
 

Our clients are kept abreast of the progress of their project through our CRM. The project  is presented to the client during several milestones, and PrettyMnds waits for approval before continuing work. In between these milestones, the client is free to contact us via email to get an update.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY DESIGN PROJECT ONCE IT IS FINISHED?


A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. The final files will be delivered electronically via Google Drive or dropbox

WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT FOR WORK YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME?

 

Copyright transfers to the client as soon as we are in receipt of final payment. However, we do reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. PrettyMnds retains the right to use all completed projects for our portfolio, website and any advertising as seen fit. Copyright of any drafts or designs not selected as the final project by the client remain the property of PrettyMnds.
